New diet that I actually need to follow.

Breakfast: 1 wasa cracker

2 small pieces of fruit (or half an apple)

Lunch: 1 wasa cracker

Snack: 1 serving of fuit or a serving of pineapple juice OR one serving of vegetables

Dinner:  a very small portion of whatever I eat

Desert: 1 cup of cereal, 1/2 soy milk (every other night)
